I help mission-driven women leaders release stress and connect more deeply to themselves and others so they can experience greater clarity, deeper well-being, and enhanced quality of life. I take a whole health approach in my one-one-one transformational coaching and mentorship in order to best support the whole of the person.
As highly-driven women leaders can experience overwhelm, fatigue, and burnout, I help you build your inner capacity and connect to your inner knowings so you can easily make decisions and see the path forward.
From my years of training in meditation, mindfulness, spirituality, Reiki, and mind-body relaxation techniques, I intuitively help you experience inner peace during our sessions and give you the tools to maintain your state of well-being.

You will engage in a transformational experience over 6 or 9 weeks that reduces your stress and improves your whole health, wellness, and well-being. You will gain the positive mindset and unwavering clarity that enable you to make decisions with ease, enjoy your relationships more, and feel more empowered to address challenges. You'll learn and use stress relief techniques and wellness practices that work for you. You'll discover increased capacity, meaning, and fulfillment to express your life's purpose. You will enjoy greater peace, strength and resilience. You will have tools you can use to care for yourself during the really hard times.
You will be able to cope better during COVID-19. COVID-19 and other struggles highlight, in many ways, the importance of reducing your stress, shifting your mindset, and focusing on your whole health.
You know stress reduces your immunity, capacity, and happiness. You know your mind-body-spirit is a system that works as one, not as disjointed parts. By partnering with me, we'll together focus on your whole health (mind-body-spirit) in order to re-fuel your inner light and nourish your physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, and financial health, wellness and well-being. You'll be strengthening your capacity to become the highest version of yourself, and to serve in society from a place of love.
My virtual mentorship and coaching are designed for women who have a lot of responsibilities and commitments. We all need mentors, guides, and confidants. To achieve transformational change, no one can do it alone. The personalized and whole health approach I take helps you change behavior and patterns while you take concrete actions that lead to a better quality of life.
I also connect you with additional experts who can help you go deeper into a particular aspect of your whole health. For example, I can connect you with a female financial advisor who is committed to supporting your financial health. We are building a community that can collectively support the whole health of today's women leaders.
Our sessions are by phone or Zoom. Sessions can be short and scheduled for as early as 5amEST and as late as 11pmEST. Exceptions be made for those who only have availability outside that time range.

We can discuss how mindset, exhaustion, and personal fulfillment affect your personal and professional relationships, making specific adjustments in line with your purpose.
We can review your current nutritional practices and needs while discussing bite-sized adjustments that are generally advised and don't follow specific diets.
We can assess how to incorporate or increase movement (e.g., rigorous or relaxing exercise) throughout your busy day in amounts and by types that work for you.

Your sense of well-being comes from your mindset and how you experience your life through your body, mind and spirit. You will enjoy a new state of well-being that influences the words you use and the actions you take.
To be truly happy, and to have the capacity to experience moments of happiness even during or after hardship, depends on your inner state of being. You will find more joy in the small moments, and intentionally surround yourself with happiness catalysts.
We need to be fully observant of our words, actions, interactions, needs, and desires in order to shift our behaviors, dynamics, and beliefs. You will have greater capacity to detach from your circumstances to acknowledge them and then respond to them with a great knowing of the outcome you truly want. You will also be more aware of how you present yourself with various people and in various circumstances, and can make adjustments if necessary.

The energy we hold within and give out influences our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing, as well as our relationships, work, and interactions. You will know how to manipulate your energy to “show up” as you really want to in your life, and live your life by expressing who you truly are.
