My Mission

I help kind, caring, and compassionate women leaders who are feeling stressed, overwhelmed and uncertain have calm control, clarity, and connection through my coaching and consulting that incorporate my signature W.H.O.L.E. Way methodology and use relaxation tools that transform confidence, relationships, productivity, decision-making, and public expressions of purpose. 


I also host the “Whole Health Series” podcast, and curate communities and contacts for clients.

From my years of training in meditation, mindfulness, spirituality, Reiki, and mind-body relaxation techniques, I help you experience inner peace and emotional freedom so you have calm control over all areas of your life. You release limiting beliefs, feelings of uncertainty, and experiences of chaos to be on top of it all.

You will engage in a transformational experience over 6 weeks ("Calm Clarity") or 3 months ("Calm Control") that reduces your stress and improves your whole health, wellness, and well-being. 


You will gain the calm control, clarity and connection that enable you to make decisions with ease, enjoy your relationships more, and feel more empowered to address challenges and express your positive purpose in the world. 


You'll learn and use stress relief techniques and wellness practices that work for you. 


You'll discover increased capacity, meaning, and fulfillment.  


You will enjoy greater peace, strength and resilience. 


You will have tools you can use to care for yourself during the really hard times.


You will be able to cope better during COVID-19. COVID-19 and other struggles highlight, in many ways, the importance of reducing your stress, shifting your mindset, and focusing on your whole health.


By partnering with me, we'll together focus on your whole health (mind-body-spirit) in order to re-fuel your inner light and nourish your physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, and financial health, wellness and well-being. 


You'll be strengthening your capacity to become the highest version of yourself, and to serve in society from a place of love.

My virtual coaching is are designed for women who have a lot of responsibilities and commitments. 


We all need mentors, guides, and confidants. 


To achieve transformational change, no one can do it alone. 


The personalized and whole health approach I use helps you change behavior and thought patterns while you take concrete actions that lead to a better quality of life.


I also connect you with additional experts who can help you go deeper into a particular aspect of your whole health. 


For example, I can connect you with a female financial advisor who is committed to supporting your financial health. 


We are building a community that can collectively support the whole health of today's women leaders.


Our sessions are by phone or Zoom. Sessions can be short and scheduled for as early as 5amEST and as late as 8pmEST. Exceptions be made for those who only have availability outside that time range. 


The next step is to request a free 45-minute consultation to determine whether my approach is the right fit for you at this time.

With my unique and personalized approach to stress relief, self-empowerment, and well-being that is focused on your whole health, I accompany you on your journey to calm control, clarity, and connection the  W.H.O.L.E. Way to a better quality of life. The keys within my W.H.O.L.E. Way methodology follow. I am with you the whole way.

W. = Well-being

Your sense of well-being comes from your mindset and how you experience your life through your body, mind and spirit.  You will enjoy a new state of well-being that influences the words you use, the beliefs you hold, and the actions you take. 

H. = Happiness & Health

To be truly happy, and to have the capacity to experience moments of happiness even during or after hardship, depends on your inner state of being.  You will find more joy in the small moments, and intentionally surround yourself with happiness catalysts as you improve your health. 

O. = Observant & Omnipresent

We need to be fully observant of our words, actions, interactions, needs, and desires in order to shift our behaviors, dynamics, and beliefs. You will have greater capacity to detach from your circumstances to acknowledge them and then respond to them with a great knowing of the outcome you truly want. You will also be more aware of how you present yourself with various people and in various circumstances, and can make adjustments if necessary. On the whole, you will regularly observe your capacity to allow well-being to be present in all areas of your health (in an "omnipresent" way!).

L. = Leadership

To have the capacity to lead at work and at home with compassion requires whole health - - mind, body, and spirit. You will have a deeper well of inner strength, heightened decision-making ability, and efficient productivity that your whole health fuels.

E. = Energy

The energy we hold within and give out influences our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing, as well as our relationships, work, and interactions.  You will know how to manipulate your energy to “show up” as you really want to in your life, and live your life by expressing who you truly are.

A percentage of profits is donated to the non-profit I started more than 4 years ago in loving memory of one of my daughters, Eliana, who passed away from a heart condition and post- heart transplant.
