During this time of COVID-19, it's becoming more apparent than ever before that what we put into and on our bodies, the home environment we have, the movement we do, the stress relief practices we maintain, the company we keep...It all matters so much for keeping our immunity strong, our emotions controlled, and our minds clear.
Not only do we need to be healthy and strong to handle whatever comes our way...we want to become the highest version of ourselves and live a really enjoyable life!
The time is now for all of us to focus on our whole health and self-care.
We are also moving into a new paradigm through which women leaders will have new opportunities to design systems and structures that revolutionize how we all live our daily lives.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, especially as a result of COVID-19 and major transitions happening in your life? Are you finding it increasingly hard to cope? Are you looking to feel better overall and have more control over your emotions?
As you move through a coaching and mentorship program with me, you'll start feeling like a new version of yourself. You'll have new relaxation tools in your toolbox, go-to ways to recharge your mindset, and a new way about you that others notice.
You'll emerge more refreshed, empowered, and in control over your emotions and stress levels. You'll be more productive and you won't be so easily triggered in your relationships.
My coaching and mentorship programs are done by phone and Zoom at times that are convenient for you. They are designed for busy women in leadership roles who have multiple demands on their time. All programs are customizable.
During our sessions, we address each aspect of your whole health (emotional, mental, spiritual, financial, and physical) and focus on your main pain points. We discuss ways to improve your connections to your inner resources and gain connections with external ones. We talk about small tweaks you can take with your nutritional intake that will have big impact on your immune system and energy levels. We explore various mind-body relaxation practices and techniques that resonate with you. We explore how small changes in your home environment can positively affect your mood and healing process. We also explore ways of strengthening and building your connections to existing and new communities that are meaningful to you.
Throughout this process, you will be in a safe, nonjudgemental, and open space. I will accompany you as you take powerful steps forward in your life's journey to become a self-actualized woman -- the highest version of yourself. I'm fully supporting you every step of the way.
As Whole Health Self-Care is a social enterprise, I seek to create positive impact for my clients and also in the community where I reside. I contribute a portion of each month's income to a local charity that supports families with children who have medical complexities.
