Dr. Michelle Bailey is an Assistant Consulting Professor (Duke University, Pediatrics), Senior Medical Director (Syneos Health), international speaker on physician well-being and physician entrepreneur. While at Duke, she completed an Integrative Medicine fellowship (University of Arizona), authored Parenting Your Stressed Child, served as Medical Education Director and Co-Director for the Refuge, a mindfulness-based stress management program for medical professionals (Duke Integrative Medicine), and coached/mentored numerous medical students, trainees, and faculty on issues impacting self-care and life balance.
