Our virtual mentorship and coaching are designed for busy women leaders who have a lot of responsibilities and commitments. We all need mentors, guides, and confidants. To achieve transformational change, no one can do it alone. Our personalized and whole health approach helps you change behavior and patterns while you take concrete actions that lead to a better quality of life.
We also connect you with additional experts who can help you go deeper into a particular aspect of your whole health. For example, we can connect you with a female financial advisor who is committed to supporting your financial health. We are building a community that can collectively support the whole health of today's self-actualizing women leaders.
Our sessions are by phone or Zoom. Sessions can be short and scheduled for as early as 5amEST and as late as 11pmEST. Exceptions be made for those who only have availability outside that time range. We'll connect by phone for the consultation, talk about your needs and interests, and then come up with an arrangement that works well with your schedule.
