Women's Well-being workshop

welcome to the beginning of a new way

This customizable  Women's Well-being Workshop is for busy women professionals who need a calming  moment in which they can gain connection, clarity, and confidence for decision-making within their personal and professional lives.  


These workshops are available for small groups of friends, colleagues, and collaborators.


During 90 minutes, participants:


- engage in a relaxation meditation during which they connect to their inner wisdom and the comforting energy of the group;

- learn breathing techniques that quickly calm the nervous system and reset mindsets;

- utilize creative expression (e.g., drawing, journaling, and/or painting) for unveiling and processing thoughts, emotions, and patterns; 

- identify motivating statements that capture driving desires; and

- reflect to themselves and/or group members in response to prompts related to each area of whole health (i.e., emotional, mental, physical, social, financial, and spiritual health).


Each participant receives a customizable Checklist for Calm Clarity, along with personalized tools and treats based on the nature of the workshop. 


I developed this customizable workshop in response to a need many women have expressed for safe spaces in which they can experience calm reflection and contemplation in community with other women. Women are invited to "come as they are" (i.e., no makeup, informal attire, etc.) so they are comfortable. They depart feeling refreshed, uplifted and supported while they carry with them self-care tools that help them build greater well-being.


We can schedule in-person or Zoom-based workshops on weekdays or weekends. In-person workshops are for participants in the Washington, DC Area. 


After you submit your contact information on the form below, I will be in touch to discuss your interests, location, and availability. We will then develop a sign-up page specifically for your group. 


My name is Whitney Ortiz, and I'm a certified stress relief, mindfulness, and well-being coach and consultant for women around the world. I have been coaching for more than 10 years, supporting women with their whole health and well-being. I am also the founder of a non-profit organization, Eliana's Light, which supports the whole health and well-being of families that include children who have medical complexity. Each participant will hold space for the others and lean into the messages that flow. You may "pick up" a message that's for you...a piece of wisdom you were meant to hear or an answer to a question you've been pondering. Each workshop is unique, as the participants co-create the full experience together.
